YAMAMO, is an indie rock band from Kanazawa. Their music is widely loved by all ages, from young children to adults. The main melodies of their songs are led by a traditional yet playful mandolin and include the whimsical sounds of various other instruments like trumpets, keyboards, xylophones and other percussive instruments. The songs are lively and nostalgic, but also have layers of intricate, precise and brilliant musicality. While listening to their newest EP release “Tonch” it is easy to become mesmerized by the songs, but they will also inspire you to sing along and dance.
